Using the store
You may use the store for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use store content in violation of another person's rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details confidential. Tell us through the Contact page if you believe an account has been used without permission. We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that harms customers or the store.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, care guidance, and images accurately. Screen settings and production changes can cause small differences. Products remain subject to availability, and adding an item to a shopping bag does not reserve it.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices, taxes, delivery charges, available currencies, and payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is submitted when you complete checkout, but we may need to verify payment, availability, delivery details, or suspected fraud before accepting and fulfilling it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected item or order and arrange the appropriate payment reversal or refund.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery options and charges are presented at checkout and are further explained in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 30-day return period, item-condition expectations, exceptions, and refund processing are described in the Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Kindevise name, store design, original photography, writing, graphics, and other protected content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except where law permits.
Responsibility
Use products according to their instructions, care guidance, intended purpose, and any safety warnings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable, or caused by misuse outside a product's intended purpose.
Changes and contact
We may update the store or these terms to reflect service, operational, or legal changes. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
