Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, contact customer care, or otherwise interact with the store. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, and the content of messages you send us.
Payment details are processed by the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not ask you to send complete payment card details through the Contact form.

Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies and storage. We use cookies and similar storage needed for region selection, shopping bags, checkout, account sessions and security. These are separate from the optional analytics described below.
Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our store, which products interest them and how well checkout works, so that we can improve it. Information includes the pages viewed, how visitors arrive, interactions with the store, device and browser type, approximate location and cookie identifiers. It also includes shopping activity: products shown in lists and viewed, items added to or removed from the bag, the checkout steps reached (including the delivery method and payment type chosen) and completed purchases (order number, order value, shipping, tax, and the products bought, identified by name and SKU). We do not send your name, email address, delivery address or payment card details to Google Analytics. We rely on your consent for this analytics processing, including for visitors in the United Kingdom. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing.
We load Google Analytics and set its cookies only after you select "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can select "Reject" and continue browsing and shopping without optional analytics.
The cookies are _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_BCG458BLKQ, which maintains session information. Google's default expiry is two years and may be refreshed on subsequent visits while analytics is enabled; your browser may apply a shorter limit. Cookie expiry is separate from the retention of analytics data already collected.
Your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any store page and choosing "Reject". This stops further Google Analytics collection from that browser and removes these analytics cookies from it. When you withdraw consent, we also ask Google to delete the analytics data associated with this browser's identifier. Google processes these requests asynchronously: the data stops appearing in reports within about 24 hours and is permanently deleted within 63 days. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you are not affected. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent. For questions about previously collected data or to exercise your privacy rights, use the Contact page.
We use browser local storage to remember your choice for up to 12 months, after which we ask again when you return. This preference storage is used to respect your choice, not for analytics or advertising. Your choice applies to the browser and device you are using; clearing browser storage or using a different browser or device may mean you are asked again. If you accept analytics, we also keep a list of up to 50 recent order references in your browser's local storage (kindevise.analytics-sent) so that the same purchase is not reported to Google Analytics twice. It is removed when you withdraw consent.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only when it is needed to operate the store or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include payment processors, commerce and content platforms, hosting providers, delivery carriers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and professional advisers. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Google receives the analytics information and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about international data transfers.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the services involved, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain uses of your personal information. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant privacy authority. Use the Contact page to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The date shown above identifies the latest review. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
